I charge a planning fee that varies based on the complexity of the trip. That fee covers the full planning process — research, itinerary design, booking, and support throughout your travel. I'll be transparent about fees before we start.
Through Fora, I have access to preferred partner rates and amenity upgrades that aren't available to the public. Beyond that, you get a dedicated advisor who knows your trip inside out — not a call center. If something goes wrong while you're traveling, you have someone to call.
For complex trips — expedition cruising, remote lodges, peak-season Patagonia — the earlier the better. Six to twelve months out is ideal for those. For simpler itineraries, three to four months is usually workable. That said, reach out whenever you are and we'll figure out what's possible.
